Installation and mounting kits
The standard installation for Rosahl membrane dehumidifiers is inside the enclosure or cabinet they are to dehumidify. However, for small enclosures, mounting the dehumidifier externally can be beneficial.
For mounting the dehumidifier outside the enclosure, installation kits reposition the membrane to remove the moisture. Kits for internally mounting membranes are also available. There are three types of mounting kit depending on the membrane type and whether it is mounted inside or outside the enclosure. They are:

Mounting kits streamline installation, allowing you to order a complete set of parts with one part number—including multi-part mounting mould, membrane dehumidifier, VREG2 power adapter, gaskets, fixing screws, and cable crimps. All components are also available for individual or combined ordering.
M-Series external mounting sets for M-1J1R to M-3J1R and MDL-3
These special external mounting kits rotate the membrane to ensure the correct the moisture outflow. They are also suitable for use with 3D print filament like the Bambu Labs AMS and similar automated feeding systems and custom dry boxes.
The kits comprises a three part mould that holds the membrane and a ready cabled VREG2 (VRS300 or VRD-300) power adapter board in place. The kits also include a gasket and sealing ring and M-5PKT universal fixings kit.

NEW Pre-Assembled Membrane Dehumidifiers

MDL Internal Installation Sets for MDL-Series
The internal mounting sets for the MDL-Series also offer a simple mounting solution. A 3mm thick stainless-steel plate holds the membrane firmly in position inside the enclosure cover, and the sealing gaskets prevent moisture intrusion. Using the same fixings, a separate flat plastic grille attaches to the outside of the enclosure to provide ventilation and protect the membrane’s outside operating surface. This set can be used with the Rosahl rain cover if required and an environmental protective sheet (VTS).

VREG2 USB-C power adapter boards
VREG2 are compact power adapter boards used with a USB power source (not PD types) and adapt it to 3V DC suitable for the Rosahl membranes. They have an onboard USB-C connector. They are suitable for use with all PD, RD and RS small dehumidifiers and also, the M-IJ, M-2J M-3M and M-3J Series and MDL-3 membranes.
VR-FMC (VREG2 Mounting)
VR2-FMC is a compact mounting base for use the VREG2 USB-C power adapter board. The power on LED is visible when mounted.
Universal fixing kit
The M-5PKT fixing kit is compatible with all membrane mounting kits excluding the M-7J1R and M-10-J1R. It includes 6 x M3 20mm bolts, 6 x M3 30mm bolts, 4 x M3 35mm bolt plus six nuts and washers. Also included are cable crimps the membranes.
The M-7PKT fixing kit is compatible with the membrane mounting kits for the M-7J1R and M-10-J1R. It includes 8 x M4 20mm bolts plus eight nuts and washers. Also included are cable crimps the membranes.
Moulds
We use 3D printers to produce our moulds using black PETG. Other colours are available on special order (min. 8 units per colour). Similar moulds are also available for free download from the Internet.

M-Series Internal Mounting Sets used with models M-1J1R through M-3J1R
The internal mounting sets for the M-Series offer a simple way of mounting the membrane directly over a suitable cutout in the side of the enclosure inside. For membranes up to size M-3J1R, the mounting set includes a membrane, and pre-wired VREG2 power adapter board and M-3PKT fixing kit. In addition, they include an internal clip-on mounting plate to protect the inside of the membrane during installation. A separate flat plastic grille plate attaches to the outside of the enclosure to provide ventilation and protect the membrane’s outside operating surface. This set can be used with the Rosahl rain cover if required and an environmental protective sheet (VTS).

M-Series internal mounting sets for all models M-5J through M-10J
The internal mounting sets for the larger M-Series offer a simple way of mounting the membrane (not supplied) directly over a suitable cutout in the side of the enclosure inside. They include an internal clip-on mounting plate to protect the inside of the membrane during installation, a separate flat plastic grille plate that attaches to the outside of the enclosure to provide ventilation and protect the membrane’s outside operating surface and a M-7PKT fixing kit. This set can be used with the Rosahl rain cover if required and an environmental protective sheet (VTS). Please order the membrane and power supply separately.
